Sleepover

I've been promising Josh for a long time now that his best buddy, and cousin, Carter could have a sleepover. We finally decided to actually let them this week. We started by picking up a two-man tent for the living room. Then I took the boys to Burger King to eat and play while Christian set up the tent. After that they played around the apartment until it was time to go to the drive-in. We took the boys to see Wall-E. Unfortunately the movie seemed to be just to long for them and they ended up running all over the place instead of watching it. I was very excited that they fell asleep in the car but they woke up when we carried them in the house. Then it became them needing one thing after the other until they finally both crashed at 2:00am with me sleeping on the couch. They both had a lot of fun, but I don't think we'll be having anymore sleepovers for awhile!

Man! You're awesome when it comes to sleepovers! Tents in the living room, the drive in! Where the heck were you when I was growing up?!

That sounds sooo fun! I agree with Shannon -- I wish I had sleepovers like that when I was a kid! What a good mom. By the way, I couldn't help but notice how sparkling clean your living room looks. Congratulations!
